To pay rent online, visit our Regency Place website and select the Resident login option.

Monthly fees include $33 for valet trash service, $4 for pest control, and $2 for water billing.

Renter's insurance with $300,000 personal liability coverage is required.

Utilities are not included in the rent and must be set up separately by residents.

You'll need to set up a Duke Energy account for electricity. Water service will be activated upon your move-in, and the cost is included in your rent payment.

Internet and cable services are available through Spectrum or AT&T.

We do not currently offer referral bonuses.

Pool guests are limited to two guests per resident.

We do not offer price reductions for longer leases or advance rent payments.

Security deposits can transfer when moving within our community properties.

Subletting is not permitted.

Breaking your lease requires 60 days' notice and a two-month rent buyout fee, which must be paid when notice is given. The buyout requires VP approval.

We offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 14 months.

We do not offer corporate leases.

Property amenities include a pool, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour laundry room, grilling station, playground, and a dog park.

The pool is open from May through the second week of September, with hours from 9 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 7 PM on weekends.

Parking is available for residents.

Washer and dryer hookups are available in each apartment.

Standard appliances include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a microwave.

Furnished apartments are not available.

Packages are delivered directly to your apartment door.

The fitness center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The fitness center features treadmills, stationary bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, stair climbers, benches, and pull-up machines.

The City of Raleigh enforces quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Our community welcomes pets.

Pet fees include a one-time $150 pet fee, a one-time $150 pet deposit, and $35 monthly pet rent.

Pets are limited to 50 pounds, and aggressive breeds are not permitted.

A pet park is available on the property.

From I-40, take Cary Town Boulevard, then turn onto Farm Gate Road to reach Regis Circle.

The nearest cross streets are Farm Gate Road and Crossroad Boulevard.

Public transportation is not available near the property.

Nearby communities include Bacarra, Wesley, Clairmont at Farmgate, and Fenton.

The property is served by Reedy Creek Elementary and Middle School and Athens High School.

The nearest dog park is Barkyard in Cary, located 2.8 miles away.

Bike trails are not available in the immediate area.

Before move-in, we paint each apartment, deep clean and sanitize carpets (or replace carpet and vinyl if needed), complete necessary repairs, and provide professional cleaning.

On-site maintenance staff is available.

You can submit a work order online through our portal or call the leasing office.

Work orders are processed in the order received, with emergency requests given priority.

You do not need to be present during maintenance work.

During office hours, staff can unlock your door. After hours, you'll need to contact a locksmith.

You may decorate your apartment, but it must be returned to its original condition upon move-out.
